Dylan Anderson began in real estate in the mid 1990’s researching properties and market trends on behalf of a private group of investors with nearly 30 years of history buying and selling in Arizona.  Building off of their knowledge, and bringing a fresh perspective to their operations, he became familiar with many uncommon niches of the Arizona market.  From land sales and investment, to tax lien CP’s and sales, it was anything but a typical start.

In 2000, wishing to grow his knowledge and be able to work with the greater population at large, Dylan attended the Westford College of Business and Real Estate, and was licensed in 2001.  Taking advantage of as many training programs as time allows, his knowledge and experience in transactions has grown to include small condos and houses of all size, land acquisition and investment, as well as light commercial transactions.
