Joseph E. Kaneakua is a licensed appraiser in the state of Arizona. He is also approved to do FHA appraisal by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Joseph first started his career in Real Estate with a Real Estate License in Arizona in 1987, from there he moved on to an appraiser's license in 1995. He previously taught Real Estate Appraisal courses at Westford College. He has also work with Maricopa County Superior Court with valuations for divorce proceedings. At times Joseph is called upon to be an expert witness in family law litigation.

Joseph's valuation expertise includes Single Family Residences, Manufactured Homes, Acreage, Condos, and Multi Family Units, with a specialty in complex properties.

He is a former Marine and Viet Nam Era veteran.
